- Have completed six years in Level-5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300) or equivalent in the pay matrix.
- Educational Qualification and Experience

- Hold training certification from a recognised Cash and Accounts course conducted by the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM) or an equivalent institution.
- Have at least two years of experience in managing cash, accounts, and budgets.
- Age Limit
Candidates should not exceed 56 years of age as of the closing date of the application period.
Salary for UPSC Technical Assistant (Accounts)
Selected candidates will be offered a pay scale of ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400, based on their experience and qualifications.
